I also hold Pregnancy Gatherings — gentle, nourishing sessions open to all pregnant people, no matter your stage of pregnancy. It’s a chance to connect with others, talk openly (about the joys and the wobbles), and learn relaxation techniques that support your body and baby.
These sessions are about building community, reducing anxiety, and feeling held and heard.

On the last Monday of every month, I host free Positive Pregnancy Meet-Ups a warm and welcoming space to connect, share, and feel supported alongside others walking a similar path. No pressure, just community, connection, and a cuppa.
